Welcome to JOTTER: Journal of Teacher Training and Educational Research. This journal publishes original research and review articles, including field research pertinent to the methods and practices of teaching and education, particularly as academic subjects or theoretical concepts within the context of pre-service or in-service teacher development. We welcome papers that address the connections between reflection, knowledge and practice; critical analyses of particular programmes, development initiatives, technology, assessment and policy matters; and other topics relating to the main focus of the journal. This journal is published by Yayasan Sahabat Literasi Edukasi dan Publikasi Bandung. It provides an opportunity for researchers, academics and students to submit papers in the field of education. The journal is published three times a year. In addition, articles are reviewed by local editors who are professors at several universities before they are published. Every article or paper published in this journal will be useful for all visitors and readers. Articles submitted to this journal will undergo a blind review before being published.
